I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

I want you to LOVE your purchase! If a piece does not meet your expectations for any reason, please contact me by email.

After notifying me of the issue, "in stock" and "made to order" items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Additional shipping charges will apply. "Custom or Personalized" designs cannot be returned, as they were specially made for you. But please contact me to see if there is anything I can do to make your piece acceptable to you. My goal is for you to love your purchase!

Please Note: For all returns, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender. Refunds given will be minus all shipping charges.

Your positive feedback is very important to me! If you experience a problem with your order, please give me the opportunity to correct it before leaving feedback. We can work it out! I'm sure!

*Please note, due to hygienic concerns, earrings CANNOT be returned or exchanged. Occasionally I can make an exception in certain situations, but I always dispose of the earwires.

Shipping policies

Once your payment is received, "In stock / Ready to ship" items will ship in 3 business days. "Made to order" and "Custom" items will ship in approximately 7 business days after payment. I will send you a ship confirmation, once your package is in the mail.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:
US orders are shipped "First Class mail' by USPS—with tracking. I automatically add insurance for items over $100.

You can also choose expedited shipping by choosing "Priority Mail" when you place your order. NOTE: This speeds up your shipping time, NOT your order processing time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders are shipped "First Class international" by USPS. (I charge a flat rate for this).

***International ship times: Packages shipped internationally must go through your country's customs. Occasionally packages are delayed in customs for periods of several weeks. Unfortunately, there is nothing I or the US Postal Service can do about this. Therefore, I can't guarantee any specific arrival date when shipping internationally. Generally, shipping by First Class Mail will get your package there in 2-4 weeks, Priority Mail will get your package there within 7-10 days, and shipping by Express Mail will get your package there within 3 days, but again, this CANNOT BE GUARANTEED because customs delays are always possible.

***Taxes and Duties: your country may charge a duty or tax on jewelry or other merchandise coming into your country. It is your responsibility to determine whether such duties may apply to you. Taxes or duties are the customer's responsibility. I will not reimburse for any fees, duties, taxes, or other charges made by your country on my products.

***Customs: I must fill out a customs form to ship into your country. I will indicate that I am shipping jewelry merchandise and the value of the merchandise in US dollars. I will not falsify customs documents. Thank you for your understanding on this issue.

***International Insurance: Insurance is generally not available on international orders, except when sent by Express mail. I cannot be held responsible for uninsured packages lost in the mails. Cost for Express International shipping with insurance will vary by country and value of the merchandise, but will generally be between $20-50. Please contact me if you would like to purchase insurance on your international shipment.

Please Note: the post office will not adjudicate a claim for loss/undelivered until the insured package has not been delivered for at least 30 days. I will do everything in my power to help, but it is pretty much out of my hands after it is in the postal system. If your item is a gift or is time sensitive, I will offer a replacement at 70% of the original cost plus shipping if you require the item before the 30 day limit.
If you receive your original item and return one to me, you will be refunded in full minus shipping. If you still do not have your original after 30 days and my claim is adjudicated, I will refund your replacement charges minus shipping. *Note: This replacement policy applies only to insured items, I am not reimbursed for items that are not insured.
